Requirements
- Proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
- Proficiency in data interpretation and analytics to derive actionable insights and inform strategic direction
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate complex concepts to clients
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business principles and their application in digital marketing contexts
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and guide team members towards shared objectives
- Expertise in workflow management and optimization techniques to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality results consistently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience working in similar platforms/service lines
Responsibilities
- Leverage digital marketing techniques to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance conversion rates for WebMechanix & its clients
- Conduct thorough industry research and keyword analysis to devise customized SEO strategies aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overarching marketing goals
- Continuously evaluate and refine organic strategies based on performance metrics and industry best practices
- Generate comprehensive reports and insights to showcase campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with creative and development teams to execute SEO-driven deliverables efficiently
- Maintain accurate project management records and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet client expectations and project deadlines
- Proactively identify opportunities for expanding scope and implementing innovative SEO techniques to drive maximum results for clients
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience in a marketing agency is preferred
