Summary

The job description is for an SEO team member role at JustWatch with the primary goal of growing the platform to 100M monthly users. The role involves research, data analysis, campaign management, and communication with journalists and webmasters. The candidate should be a student in Germany or have initial experience or strong interest in SEO and/or Growth Marketing.

Requirements

• You have to be enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master
• You must have initial experience or strong interest in SEO and/or Growth Marketing (you have your own hobby project like a blog, an affiliate site, app, etc.)
• You had first touchpoints with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar
• You distinguish yourself through an analytical and number-driven mindset (you can work with Excel and big data sets)
• You have a hands-on mentality and show persistence even under challenging conditions
• English at a native level and preferably a second language (German is a plus but not a necessity)
• You have good communication skills
• Adaptability to new environments and situations, priorities are always changing in SEO

Responsibilities

• Research and prepare data for link building campaigns and infographics across the globe
• Assist in current campaigns by managing goals and deadlines
• Come up with ideas for, as well as execute new campaigns
• Building data analytics skills by utilizing Excel and other software
• Find highly relevant articles and corresponding contact information to pitch our link building campaigns to authors and journalists
• Write personalized pitches to websites of all sizes around the world
• Communicate with journalists, authors, and webmasters and provide them with additional information to improve SEO through data campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry news and trends to ideate link building opportunities
