You will be instrumental in driving organic growth by leveraging your 4-7 years of SEO expertise. This individual contributor role requires advanced AI-driven techniques, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and link building to boost our SaaS brand. You will report to the Head of SEO, collaborate cross-functionally, meticulously manage data using Google Sheets, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure Sprinto maintains its leadership in search performance. The role demands a proven track record in SaaS/B2B environments and strong technical SEO skills.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of SEO experience with deep knowledge of current trends and AI-driven optimization
• Strong technical SEO skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, AI optimization)
• Perform detailed SEO audits and implement technical fixes
• Optimize content and collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive keyword and ranking improvements
• Build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach initiatives
• Utilize Google Sheets for data tracking and produce actionable reports
• Manage stakeholder communications to align SEO efforts with overall marketing and product goals
