Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify areas for SEO improvement and implement optimization strategies
• Perform keyword research to identify high-value keywords and incorporate them into website content
• Optimize website structure, URLs, meta tags, headings, and other on-page SEO elements
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach efforts
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and search engine rankings using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with the brand's goals
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and adheres to core web vitals for optimal user experience and search performance
• Manage and improve local SEO strategies, including optimizing for Google My Business listings
