Join Career.io as a Senior Product Designer or SEO Specialist to work on products that help users with job search, resume writing, interview success, and professional expertise growth. This is a remote position open to most locations. The SEO specialist will manage organic website performance, technical SEO, develop new ideas to increase conversion, implement on-site SEO improvements, provide support on off-page strategies, and collaborate closely with various teams. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with search engine optimization, preferably in an international environment and in the B2C market
• Experience with the most well-known SEO tools
• Enterprising and results-driven
• A strong communicator with an analytical mind

• Managing organic website performance

• Performance of all online content
• Developing new ideas to increase conversion
• Implementing on-site SEO improvements
• Providing support on off-page strategies to our external agencies
• Collaborating closely with fellow SEO specialists, writers, translators, designers, and content planners
