SEO Team Lead

Join Hostinger's SEO team and play a pivotal role in enhancing search rankings, driving organic traffic, and increasing new billings for hostinger.com. You will develop scalable on-site SEO strategies across Hostinger's websites, crafting innovative SEO approaches to elevate landing page growth. Lead and mentor on-site SEO specialists, ensuring best practices and performance optimization. Own and drive SEO initiatives across multiple locales, aligning strategy with company-wide goals. Plan and execute on-site SEO experiments, analyze results, and implement improvements. Monitor search performance and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on on-site strategy and team leadership
• Deep understanding of how search engines evaluate on-page content, structure, and technical signals
• Experience working with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Accuranker , and others
• Strong command of keyword research, content optimization, schema markup, and internal linking strategies
• Comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering
• Proactive and self-driven, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead projects from idea to execution
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of guiding team members and aligning departments
• Passionate about SEO and always up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site SEO specialists, ensuring consistent execution of best practices and performance optimization across Hostinger’s websites
• Own and drive SEO initiatives across multiple locales, aligning strategy and execution with company-wide OKRs and long-term organic growth goals
• Plan and execute on-site SEO experiments, analyze results, and turn insights into scalable improvements
• Monitor and benchmark search performance and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee keyword research and search intent mapping to continuously expand organic visibility and landing page performance
• Ensure implementation of up-to-date on-page SEO techniques, including internal linking, meta optimization, schema markup, and UX alignment
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Content, CRO, Product, Off-Site SEO, and Developers to drive unified SEO impact
• Contribute to the development and automation of workflows and processes to increase efficiency and performance monitoring
