Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on outreach strategies, digital PR, and team leadership
• In-depth understanding of offsite SEO principles and quality signals that influence search engine trust and visibility
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing relationships with external collaborators
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic improvements
• Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a drive to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of outreach and digital PR specialists to drive high-impact online mentions and authoritative brand placements
• Design and execute scalable outreach campaigns that contribute to Hostinger’s SEO growth
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure quality content placements and consistent alignment with strategic objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of outreach initiatives, reporting on key metrics and identifying areas for optimization
• Continuously refine, document, and automate workflows to boost operational efficiency and scale outreach efforts
• Align outreach tactics with company-wide OKRs and SEO goals to drive measurable organic performance
• Use data and performance insights to inform outreach decisions and enhance online visibility
• Work closely with company communications team and cross-functional teams to elevate Hostinger’s brand recognition and authority across global markets
