Summary

Instrumental Group is seeking an experienced SEM Marketing Specialist to support their agency's SEM team in researching, strategizing, implementing, and optimizing organic and paid search campaigns for clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of search ranking factors, be detail-oriented, and proficient in project management, website optimization, and marketing software.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and SEO/SEM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Support: Keyword/targeting research, goals alignment, opportunity discovery, platform selection, goal setting, market analysis
  • Performance Optimization: Reporting on KPI/Goals, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost per Conversion, Conversion Rate Optimization, Organic and Paid traffic sources, Keyword rankings and Ad Health scores
  • Campaign/Platform Alignment: Measuring impact, testing and adaptation, algorithm updates, keyword synergy, content amplification, integrated reporting, brand consistency, Conversion path evaluation
  • Support both on-site and off-site SEO for a diverse host of clients. Support all elements of Paid Media, including PPC, display, remarketing, and social media advertising
  • Learn and leverage HubSpot as a central software for all client's omni-channel marketing strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes to SEM best practices
