Summary

Instrumental Group is seeking an SEM Marketing Specialist to support the SEM team in researching, strategizing, implementing, and optimizing organic and paid search campaigns for clients. The role requires deep knowledge of search ranking factors, effective communication, problem-solving skills, project management, and proficiency in marketing software. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and a BA/BS degree.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and important algorithm updates
  • Effectively communicate expectations to team members and clients in a timely and clear fashion
  • Resolve or escalate issues proactively to ensure campaign delivery goals
  • Work really well with your team members, treat others how you'd like to be treated
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
  • A commitment to excellence, extremely detail-oriented, and take great pride in results
  • Take complex/conflicting situations and translate them into simplified solutions

  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management, website optimization, and marketing software
  • Demonstrate the ability to track campaign performance across multiple channels
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and SEO/SEM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
