Email Marketing Specialist

Join our remote team as an Email Marketing expert and leverage your expertise in email marketing strategies, list building, drip campaigns, retargeting, and segmenting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing with a deep understanding of industry policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist for 3+ years or more
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required
• Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Build drip campaign flows to target lost candidates, cold candidates, previous agents, etc
• Build out email campaigns like a job board agency (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed) aiming to retain virtual assistants across the globe
