Email Marketing Specialist

Summary

The job is for a remote Email Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience. The candidate should have proficiency in English and Spanish, HTML, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and analytical and database tools. Responsibilities include developing email marketing strategies, designing campaigns, analyzing performance, and building drip campaign flows.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist for 3+ years
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required
• Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Willing to work on the 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time schedule
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Build drip campaign flows to target lost candidates, cold candidates, previous agents, etc
• Build out email campaigns like a job board agency (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed) aiming to retain virtual assistants across the globe
