Summary

Requirements

• Completed university education in Strategic Design, Design for Interaction, UX Design or similar
• 1-3 years of work experience in Service Design, Corporate Startups, or other human-centered innovation programs
• Fluency with the service design toolset: qualitative research, personas, journeys
• Speaks Dutch. English is a must. Spanish is a very welcomed plus
• Self-directed and motivated to improve our practice

Responsibilities

Own innovation, research, or entrepreneurship projects within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• UX and digital product design Experience
• Has specific interests within the SD practice and wants to develop them
• Is used to a high work pace and takes ownership for output and results
• Has an extra mile attitude and creates customers for life
• Modest but confident and persuasive
• Curious and believes in life-long learning
