You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring software updates, and supporting various technologies. Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker or at least C1 level
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), C1 or B2 level
- Minimum Vocational Training, Intermediate Level (VET) in Computer Science
- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mac, windows and other IT systems
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to internal customer requests
- Ensure employees stay current on patches and endpoints
- Support various technologies, including Office 365 suite, Adobe Suite, Kandji, Atlassian stack, Fuze, Vonage, Smart Deploy, automox, WG system manager, and WG Endpoints
- Contribute to new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Communicate effectively with teammates and collaborate in a team environment
- Use Zendesk, WG Systems Management, GoTo Assist, and Microsoft Teams for support
- Balance priorities and work in a collaborative environment
- Constantly learn new technologies and processes
- Be a people person and be driven to solve problems with a strong attention to detail
- Think on your feet in supporting and collaborating with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Higher Education (CHE) or equivalent
