ServiceNow Business Analyst

Requirements

• Have 4+ years experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and HRSD
• Have 4+ years experience as business analyst
• Have experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery methods
• Have fluent written and verbal English and Spanish language skills
• Have proven experience managing stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the product team and globally located stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business requirements and design
• Assist your project manager with development and provide updates on project processes and deliverables
• Participate in and support cross-technology improvement initiatives
