Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and application support
  • 2-3 years of advanced ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and SSO
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or an equivalent field (Required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and UI components using JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and SSO
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow functionalities for improved efficiency and automation
  • Ensure security and compliance through best practices in authentication, authorization, and data management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and third-party connectors
  • Participate in governance discussions to drive ServiceNow strategy and process improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in ITSM module/processes, CMDB, Core Platform, GRC/IRM, Event Management
  • Experience with SSO / Access Management (PING or Azure preferred)
  • Experience using Integration Hub for APIs
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow products such as ITOM (Discovery, Health & Event Management), Core Platform, CMDB, eBonding, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM)
