Requirements

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies)
  • Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog
  • Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance
