Summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Senior Developer to join their enterprise ServiceNow Delivery team in the Asia Pacific region. The role requires a broad understanding of ServiceNow platform concepts and capabilities, with a deep understanding of at least two ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years’ experience of ServiceNow platform development and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of platform concepts and capabilities
• Deep understanding of at least two ServiceNow capabilities (previous installation experience and/or certification highly desirable)
• Proven ability to learn quickly using your own initiative
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and enhance the ServiceNow platform
• Learn new ServiceNow products/technologies as necessary
• Participate at all stages including requirements, design, technical reviews, and delivery
• Mentor other team members and teams in the organization
• Interface with third-party implementers
• Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow technology and apply best practice to your work

Preferred Qualifications

• Implementation certification (or proven implementations) of ServiceNow products/capabilities
• Experience of the following SN products: ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, LSD, IRM
