Remote Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Summary

Join Thirdera, the fastest growing ServiceNow partner in the world, as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant and contribute to implementing various ServiceNow modules, enabling clients, building custom business applications, and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. As a key member of our team, you will work on complex ServiceNow deployments and integrations, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments and/or integrations
• Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement various ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine, IntegrationHub, and ITSM)
• Enable clients by building custom business applications
• Integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms
