Summary
Join the ServiceNow Partner Team as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, based in the Central or Eastern United States. You will play a key role in collaborating with partners to develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow and Tanium technologies. Responsibilities include engaging with strategic customers and partners, leading technical discussions, collaborating on business plans, facilitating design workshops, and promoting solution offerings. This position requires 8+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience, including 3+ years with ServiceNow implementation or solution consulting. A strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and technology partnerships is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with business development, competitive platforms, ServiceNow platform development, and relevant certifications. Tanium experience is also preferred. Requirements
- Have 8+ years of technical sales, pre-sales, or similar experience
- Have 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation or Solution Consulting role
- Have material experience working with technology partners, either at a partner or OEM level
- Have an excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
- Be intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions
- Be talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely, and be effective at providing practical guidance and presenting at the highest level
Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers and partners: Work closely with market-making strategic partners and customers, serving as their technical and design guide. Understanding their business imperatives and specializations will be key
- Technology Conversations: Lead discussions with partners about ServiceNow and Tanium platform integration capabilities. Be an evangelist for these offerings
- Collaborate on Business Plans: Work with partners to create business plans, define goals, strategies, and measurable objectives
- Facilitate Design Workshops: Help partners uncover market needs and document user personas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring offerings to market
- Understand Partner Capabilities: Develop a clear understanding of partnersβ solution offerings, markets addressed, and co-creating goals
- Solution Scoping: Assist in defining offerings and project scoping. Identify necessary capabilities for successful delivery
- Promote Solution Offerings: Cultivate relationships and communicate with ServiceNow field to promote partner solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Have familiarity with industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
- Have demonstrated experience in business development. Understanding market dynamics and growth strategies is valuable
- Have developed solutions on competitive platforms
- Have direct experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Hold ServiceNow certifications
- Have certifications or demonstrable training in Design Thinking
- Have experience working in large corporate enterprises and government environments, engaging with CxO-level executives
- Have any relevant cybersecurity or Tanium experience
