Summary

Join Servos, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, as a Solutions Architect to drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform. This remote position requires at least 6 years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture, development, and integration. You will design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions for large-scale projects, mentor technical consultants, and build client relationships. The ideal candidate is a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), preferably with CIS-CSM and CAD certifications. Requirements

  • Be a highly experienced ServiceNow Consultant with proven experience in both the design and execution of ServiceNow implementations
  • Have at least 6 years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration experience
  • Be experienced in ServiceNow's Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio
  • Be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions for large scale projects
  • Be a mentor and advisor to technical consultants and clients
  • Be client-centric with strong communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long-standing partnerships
  • Be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Be passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes

Responsibilities

  • Engage as a primary architect on projects to set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions with ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and custom development
  • Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNowโ€™s top enterprise and public sector customers
  • Be responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and/or integration development
  • Develop a keen understanding of the solutions we implement and our customerโ€™s business
  • Engage as a primary technical point of contact with executive level clients, supporting engagement and program managers
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect
  • Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be a Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) & Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Be an adventurer who wouldnโ€™t mind traveling up to 20% of the time
