Summary
Join Netradyne as a Services Engineer and provide implementation services, including project management, technical installation training, customer hardware support, and sales support for the Netradyne Driveri mobile system. You will support Mid-Market and Enterprise level customer projects, providing installation and deinstallation services, technical assistance, and device and camera location planning. This remote position requires residence in the Eastern United States, specifically Eastern Tennessee or Western Carolinas. You will train customers on proper installation practices, manage projects, provide technical expertise for 12v Netradyne Safety systems, and support third-party installation providers. The role also involves developing technical documentation and maintaining professional customer service. This position offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive compensation package.
Requirements
- Proficient and Expert Knowledge of 12 &24v vehicle systems
- Improved Knowledge of Vehicle mounted Cameras, Monitors, Sensors
- Detailed Vehicle Knowledge of Wiring and Installation Procedures
- Impeccable Troubleshooting and Alternative Installation Service Management
- Ability to provide Efficient and Creative Training and Implementation instruction
- Deep knowledge of the transportation industry and in-cab product services
- Vehicle Telematics (including RP12226, J1939 & OBDII)
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Train and assist customers (internal and external) with proper installation practices, including the use of all related products and services
- Provide Project and Implementation Management Services for Mid-Market and Enterprise level Customer Implementations
- Provide Train-the-Trainer Services
- Provide Installation Services as required
- Provide Technical Expertise for the Installation of 12v Netradyne Safety systems
- Promote Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures for vehicle specific installation services
- Assist, Manage, Support 3rd Party Installation Service Providers during assigned projects
- Provide professional project management and sales support for assigned projects
- Maintain professional customer service, frequent contact, and follow-up throughout the implementation
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and online support content related to vehicle-specific installation processes and procedures
