Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client facing and technical roles (Required)
- Experience with scripting languages, (python, javascript, powershell etc…) (Required)
- Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS preferred); database technologies (MySQL, Postgres, MS SQL, etc.); and, Directory Services (Active Directory, etc.) (Required)
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills (Required)
- Passionate about troubleshooting with a great attention to detail (Required)
- General API knowledge (REST, SOAP, etc)
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, MIS or related qualification (Required)
- 5+ years hands on experience
Responsibilities
- Facilitate excellent customer experience by performing the following duties
- Communicate professionally via our project management system, and remote meetings
- Empower our customers to utilize and realize value from our products
- Effectively troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript, JSON, XML, APIs, Data Discrepancies and general front-end code languages, identify possible solutions, and present recommendations & best practices
- Assisting the Project Manager with the implementation of the company products
- Advising on best practice in the deployment of our products
- Working closely with the development teams to integrate the products
- Testing the required Platform solution
- Assisting with the training of the end users
- Problem solving and suggesting solutions to delivery failures
- All other tasks, responsibilities and duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with identity provisioning technologies
- Experience with Industry tools such as Salesforce, Google, O365, Slack, Confluence, etc
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience deploying cloud solutions
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions at both the technical, business user and executive level
- Experience architecting and deploying complex solutions
- Deep operating system and application development and scripting knowledge
- Understanding of business process mapping, data flow diagrams, flowcharts and other analyst tools
- Experience working with or in K-12 schools, districts or Higher Ed organizations (Preferred)
- Previous experience with Identity and Access Management/Governance solutions/vendors (Preferred)
- Familiarity with IMS Global and oneRoster (Preferred)
- Knowledge of authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC, CAS, OAuth, etc.) (Preferred)
