Summary
Join Mark43 as a Services Optimization Specialist and play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Requirements
- 4β5 years of experience in a technical operations role, ideally within a SaaS environment
- A strong problem-solving mindset and the persistence to follow through on complex initiatives
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience analyzing and interpreting business KPIs to drive operational improvements
- A proven record of leading and executing process improvement projects
- Experience managing internal systems with a focus on effective rollout and change management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
