Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or related field
• Work experience in a digital marketing (advertising) agency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field
• Excellent written and spoken English skills at a professional level
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, or similar
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and ad specialists

Responsibilities

• Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and Google & Meta ad campaigns to boost lead generation and conversions
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and performance
• Analyze heatmaps, user recordings, and data to refine layouts, CTAs, and creatives
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and paid ads specialists to implement CRO-driven improvements
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, and funnel efficiency
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, and Looker Studio for analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Explore AI tools to enhance content and design performance
• Experience with AI-driven content and design tools
• Knowledge of email marketing CRO
• Client-facing experience
