Servicing Operations Trainer

Summary

Join Lendbuzz's Loan Servicing team as a Training and Development specialist. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees across collections, customer success, and loan servicing. Leverage your expertise to conduct needs assessments, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure compliance. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in training and development, preferably in auto finance or financial services. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development, preferably in auto finance or financial services industry
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Passion for teaching and the ability to translate knowledge and motivate learners of all different learning styles & backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees covering collections, customer success, and loan servicing teams
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs applicable to auto finance operations
• Maintain expert knowledge of information delivered, acting as a subject matter expert for our team members
• Conduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities within the team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics
• Ensure all training materials and programs comply with industry regulations and company policies
