Summary
Join Lendbuzz's Loan Servicing team as a Training and Development specialist. You will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging training programs for new hires and existing team members in Collections and Customer Service. Responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, coordinating logistics, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will partner with supervisors and managers to improve performance and quality of service. The ideal candidate possesses strong instructional design skills, experience with content creation software, and knowledge of the financial services industry. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development, and/or instructional design, preferably in auto finance or the financial services industry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with use of leading content creation software and platforms
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for new hire employees and existing team members working in Collections and Customer Service
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and developmental opportunities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metric evaluation
- Partner with contact center Supervisors, Managers, and QA team to drive performance and quality of service
- Design training solutions that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and leverage current learning trends, including gamification and rich media to enhance the learner experience
- Recommend and Implement software solutions (such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, Captivate, Toonimo or Adobe Premiere Pro) to enable efficient development of learning content
- Design and develop curriculum, programs, learning materials, and performance support tools from a blank slate (including self-study, classroom, and eLearning)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong instructional design and organization development skills with ability to modify approach for a variety of needs and audiences
- Knowledge in the financial services industry with ability to understand basic financial processes across platforms
- Outstanding organizational skills
