Summary

Join our innovative health-tech company, Audicus, as a Shipping Associate and help transform lives by ensuring the timely delivery of hearing aids to Americans across the country. In this role, you will prepare and neatly pack orders, provide support to customers, customize shipments, utilize shipping software, log and process incoming packages, coordinate logistics, keep track of inventory and supplies, and have knowledge of hearing aid devices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and neatly pack orders according to company standards
• Provide first-rate support to in-office customers as needed
• Customize shipments based on specific order details
• Utilize shipping software to print shipping labels and manage delivery times
• Log and process incoming packages
• Coordinate logistics across our sales, customer experience, and audiology teams
• Keeping track of inventory and supplies
• Knowledgeable of hearing aid devices and aptitude to inspect/repair
