Site Contract Specialist I

As a Site Contract Specialist, you can work remotely anywhere in the United States. This role focuses on facilitating negotiations of site agreements and budgets, customizing and preparing agreements, tracking negotiation status, preparing executable versions, coordinating signatures, filing agreements, and updating relevant functions on the contracting process. The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of one year in the US clinical research industry. Knowledge of legal documents related to clinical trials is a plus.

Requirements

• College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an environment, where relevant experience has been gained
• Minimum 1 year experience in the clinical research industry in the United States

Responsibilities

• Facilitate negotiations of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation plan
• Customize and prepare country- and site-specific agreements and organize their translations
• Track the status of site agreement and budget negotiation
• Prepare executable versions of site agreements and budgets, and coordinate the signature process
• File executed site agreements in the Trial Master File
• Update all concerned functions on the site contracting process

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites and medical terminology
