Smartsheet Developer

Summary

Join our team as a Smartsheet Developer and leverage your expertise in workflow automation, dashboard creation, and Control Center configuration to enhance and scale internal platforms and data processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Smartsheet-based systems used in legal, biotech, or operational contexts. Your role will involve automating workflows, managing data across sheets and dashboards, and integrating Smartsheet with third-party tools and APIs. You will also be responsible for creating user-friendly solutions for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data reliability, accessibility, and security.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Smartsheet development experience
• Experience with Smartsheet Control Center , Bridge , or DataMesh
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, or scripting via API)
• Solid programming foundation in Python , JavaScript , or similar scripting languages
• Experience working with SQL , NoSQL , or semantic databases (e.g., RDF)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Smartsheet solutions including sheets, reports, dashboards, and forms
• Configure and manage Smartsheet Control Center , Bridge , and DataMesh for scalable deployment
• Integrate Smartsheet with external platforms and databases using APIs or middleware (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
• Create user-friendly solutions for non-technical stakeholders and ensure data is reliable, accessible, and secure
• Support teams in Agile/Scrum environments to implement efficient workflow processes
• Assist in connecting Smartsheet with semantic and structured databases like RDF or SQL systems
• Collaborate with internal teams on data design, reporting, and workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in biotech/pharma , legal tech , or project portfolio management
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices
• Prior experience in web development using frameworks like Flutter or Reac
