Summary
Join Stadium's global sales team as an SMB Account Executive and play an integral role in the company's growth. This remote position focuses on managing the strategic sales process, engaging prospects, and closing revenue from inbound and outbound leads. You will become a Stadium product expert, develop sales strategies, perform account planning, and run sales calls with presentations and demos. Success requires utilizing proven sales methodologies, managing the sales cycle, accurately forecasting revenue, and achieving quota attainment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. The ideal candidate possesses 1-4 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, a proven track record of outbound sales, and experience selling to HR buyers or business users.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of sales experience particularly in selling B2B
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
- Historical record of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Proven track record of outbound acquisition sales
- Experience selling to HR Buyers or a B2B platform to business users
- A solutions oriented mindset
- Quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations
Responsibilities
- Sell into prospects with 50 employees and above
- Become a Stadium product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitive landscape
- Develop a strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities
- Perform account planning for prioritized accounts, and work in tandem with the SDR team to generate pipeline
- Run sales calls with short deck presentations and customized product demos
- Utilize proven sales methodology to manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation
- Manage pipeline in Hubspot to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly basis
- Achieve quota attainment consistently
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service to support our customers
