Summary

Join Demandbase as the Manager of Social and Influencer Marketing to lead social media and influencer marketing efforts. Develop and execute integrated social and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee social media management, influencer identification and outreach, campaign development and execution, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Lead and mentor a small team. The base compensation range is $120,000-$150,000 in the SF Bay Area and varies for other locations. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including identification, outreach, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights
  • Experience managing social media budgets and resources
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy: Defining objectives, target audiences, platform strategies, content pillars, and engagement tactics across all relevant social media channels
  • Building and managing a robust influencer marketing program: Identifying and vetting potential influencers, negotiating contracts, developing creative briefs, managing campaigns, and tracking performance
  • Overseeing all social media activities: Including content creation and curation, community management, social listening, and reporting
  • Creating and managing social media budgets: Allocating resources effectively across different platforms and campaigns
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Monitoring social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously evolve our social and influencer strategies
  • Analyzing and reporting on performance: Tracking key metrics, generating insights, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum impact
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with content, creative, communications, and product marketing to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Building and nurturing relationships: Developing strong relationships with key influencers, social media partners, and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oktopost and Jasper
  • Experience in the marketing and sales technology industry
  • Agency management experience
