Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a Social Casino or Online Gaming environment
- Ability to coordinate across departments such as CRM, Design, Marketing, Customer Support, and Development
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners

Responsibilities
- Support the timely execution of the Social Casino games roadmap
- Liaise with Design, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure games are launched with compelling and aligned promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with external suppliers to implement and optimize their promotional tools
- Serve as a key contact between Customer Support, Development, and suppliers to promptly address and resolve customer-related issues
- Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to define, develop, and deliver insightful reports for the Social Casino Product team
- Collaborate with the broader Casino Product team to analyze competitive trends, understand market movements, and identify opportunities for innovation
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to inform product and promotional strategies
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for the Social Casino Product team across the business
- Contribute to cross-functional understanding by sharing insights with internal departments, stakeholders, and occasionally with external partners or customers
