Join Hike and become our Social Media & Community Intern, contributing to the growth of the Rush Gaming Universe. You will be a high-energy creative, skilled in content creation and social media management across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram. Responsibilities include planning, creating, and posting engaging content such as memes, reels, and short-form videos. You will track performance, identify trends, and utilize AI tools to enhance content creation. The ideal candidate is internet-savvy, trend-aware, and proficient in using various content creation tools. This internship offers the chance to build a strong portfolio and contribute to a vibrant gaming community.

Requirements

• Is a content creator and has been building their following on Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform
• Lives and breathes social media (IG, YT, FB, Telegram = your playground)
• Can craft scroll-stopping memes, reels, and captions in English & Hinglish
• Has a sharp eye for trends, pop culture, and viral formats
• Knows Canva, basic video editing tools, and reel transitions
• Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, image/video generators, etc.) to ideate, speed up content creation, and stay ahead
• Is proactive, curious, and loves building communities

Responsibilities

• Help plan, create, and post content across Instagram, YouTube & Facebook, and Telegram
• Work on contests, challenges & campaigns for our communities
• Create fun posts, memes, stories & short-form videos that engage users
• Track performance & trends & share learnings to help us grow smarter
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, image/video generators, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, write faster, and scale content creation
• Help us take our gaming community from awesome to unmissable
