  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to align social listening efforts with business objectives and drive impactful outcomes
  • Proven experience in translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and strategies
  • In-depth understanding of TW, IG, FB, LI algorithms, trends, and best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and key business decision makers within Cloud to align social listening efforts with overall business strategies
  • Oversee the utilization of Sprinklr Modern Marketing, Research and Engagement Modules to monitor and analyze conversations across various social media platforms
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media data, identifying trends, sentiment, and consumer insights relevant to Cloud brand, industry, competitors, and target audience
  • Provide regular reports and executive summaries on social media performance, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights
  • Utilize social listening data to generate actionable consumer insights and inform marketing strategies, product feedback, and customer experience enhancements
  • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking Cloud’s performance against industry competitors in terms of social media presence, sentiment, and consumer engagement
  • Identify emerging market trends, industry developments, and consumer behavior patterns to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their social listening needs and provide strategic support
  • Effectively communicate complex data and insights to senior management, presenting recommendations and actionable strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on social listening analytics and insights
