Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media coordinator, content creator, or similar role with a portfolio that reflects creativity and a passion for short-form content
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with a talent for spotting trends and creatively adapting them for our brand
• Comfortable being on camera and skilled at encouraging others, including customers, to engage in the creative process
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva)
• Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for capturing and conveying Prompt’s brand voice
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to accommodate after-hours or weekend events as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventive social media strategies that align with Prompt’s goals
• Manage daily posts and engagement
• Stay current with trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality short-form videos that resonate with our target audience
• Capture real-time moments
• Encourage team and customer participation in front of the camera
• Attend key industry events to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content
• Work with event teams to create content plans
• Support on-site logistics for seamless execution
• Track social media metrics
• Analyze engagement data
• Prepare reports to assess content performance and refine strategies
• Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with promotions
• Engage with customers to capture genuine brand testimonials and stories
• Assist with planning and preparing for photoshoots and video shoots, including commercials
• Capture behind-the-scenes content
• Coordinate on-set social media coverage

Preferred Qualifications

Location: Remote role, with a preference for candidates in the Hoboken/NYC area to enable occasional on-site event coverage
