Social Media Coordinator

Summary

Join Neon Flux, a digital marketing agency, as a Social Media Coordinator! Support our growing client base by executing content calendars, engaging with communities, and managing day-to-day social media operations. You will create and schedule social media content, engage with followers, support influencer outreach, monitor social trends, and analyze performance metrics. This remote position requires availability during standard business hours (EST). We offer unlimited PTO and a chance to grow within a great team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other social platforms, including trends and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for engaging content
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster community growth
• Support influencer and UGC sourcing, including outreach, tracking, and communication
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform features to provide recommendations
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize content strategy
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas for organic and paid social
• Stay up-to-date on client products and brand voice to ensure all content aligns with their messaging
• Create weekly/monthly reports for our brands to track progress and growth

Preferred Qualifications

Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
