Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute creative social media strategies that align with our brandβs goals, product launches, and cultural moments
- Own the content calendar, ensuring a compelling mix of storytelling, thought leadership, and community-driven content
- Guide concepts to execution in collaboration with talented creatives, designers, writers, and video editors to create content thatβs irresistible and platform-native
- Track key metrics, present insights, and continuously optimize our social media efforts to achieve growth goals
- Foster a thriving community by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and using social listening to understand what matters most to them
- Manage paid amplification and collaborate with social media creators to expand our reach
Benefits
- Base salary range*: $93,400-$124,000
- Annual bonus target**: 10%
- Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
