Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute creative social media strategies that align with our brand’s goals, product launches, and cultural moments
• Own the content calendar, ensuring a compelling mix of storytelling, thought leadership, and community-driven content
• Guide concepts to execution in collaboration with talented creatives, designers, writers, and video editors to create content that’s irresistible and platform-native
• Track key metrics, present insights, and continuously optimize our social media efforts to achieve growth goals
• Foster a thriving community by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and using social listening to understand what matters most to them
• Manage paid amplification and collaborate with social media creators to expand our reach

Benefits

• Base salary range*: $93,400-$124,000
• Annual bonus target**: 10%
• Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
