  • Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments/messages, and create a sense of community and trust around the brand
  • Align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing teams for consistency
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via social media to ensure prompt and effective customer support
  • Track audience demographics and engagement trends, providing insights to optimize content and marketing strategies
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet promotional goals
  • Monitor social media ad performance, analyze campaign success, and suggest improvements for future marketing efforts
  • Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach
  • Monthly Social Media Performance Report: Engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and growth insights
  • Ad Performance Report: Summary of ad spend, reach, conversions, and recommendations for future campaigns
