• Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative social media ideas
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Min. 3-4 years experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency environment
• Excellent English language skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and values
• Create and manage a social content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms
• Generate creative ideas and write briefs for always-on social content and bigger activations along with the client and additional brand collaboration partners, ensuring they are on-brand and on-trend
• Work at eye level with a Digital Paid Media expert and a Designer/Content Creator as core team members to drive channel growth, creativity, and performance in a holistic way
• Craft compelling and on-brand social media copy that captures the audience's attention and drives engagement
• Translate existing long-form editorial content into bite-sized, shareable social media posts and activations
• Engage with the audience, fostering a vibrant and positive online community
• Analyze social media performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth
