Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the B2B tech or retail media industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design and branding
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among businesses in the retail sector
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) tailored to our B2B audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI
- Identify and engage with influencers, industry leaders, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and credibility within the retail media space
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and B2B marketing
- Develop and nurture online communities and engage actively with followers, addressing inquiries, and fostering discussions that enhance brand perception
