You will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' brand image using your extensive experience in paid and organic social media, leveraging AI to enhance media outreach. Collaborate with the Accounts team and clients, showcasing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, build online communities, and manage budgets. This fully remote position requires proven B2B & B2C experience and strong analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with significant experience.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in developing organic and paid social campaigns using Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other channels
  • Proven B2B & B2C experience in building social strategies, deploying successful campaigns, and cultivating audiences
  • Strong skills in marketing communications and digital marketing and passionate about social media and strategy
  • Demonstrated efficiency in running multiple initiatives, vendors, and other key players as part of the social media practice
  • Analytic skills with the ability to analyze and provide deep insights
  • Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral/written presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2-4 years of social media experience in the B2B & B2C, healthcare, technology, and space
  • Candidates without a degree with significant experience will also be considered for the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy that aligns with Nuvolum's brand and business objectives
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Experiment with different content formats, such as videos, infographics, and interactive posts
  • Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence for Nuvolum and all clients of the agency, ensuring a positive and authentic brand image
  • Conceptualize and execute creative and innovative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms
  • Recommend and implement emerging trends that align with Nuvolum's goals
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights, identify customer sentiments, and proactively address issues or opportunities
  • Manage the social media budget efficiently, ensuring the best ROI on paid campaigns and promotions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Health Tech space or in oral surgery, plastic surgery, or similar is a plus
  • Working knowledge of a variety of social media tools, community platforms, and measurement, advocacy, and training/education platforms (experience working with Sprout, Sprinklr, Bit.ly, Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, Canva, Various AI tools, and other technologies)
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment (Agency experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Focused attention to detail and ability to multitask, handling multiple complex, multi-phase projects at different stages
