• Proficient in video editing software with expertise in creating short-form content from long-form videos
• Experience with Canva to create visually appealing graphics
• Comfortable working in a faith-based environment and aligning with the organization's mission
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with the audience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos into short, impactful reels, shorts, and TikToks
• Manage posting schedules across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistent engagement and brand presence
• Use Canva to design still graphics that align with the brand’s message and aesthetic
• Ensure all content reflects the organization’s faith-based ethos and core values
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports the overall brand strategy and stay current on social media trends
• Respond to comments and build meaningful interactions with the online community
