Requirements

• 2+ years in social media management, community building, or influencer marketing
• Proven experience managing content on Meta and TikTok (Reddit a plus)
• Proficient in Canva/Adobe or similar tools; video editing skills a plus
• Strong ability to develop and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals
• Excellent written and verbal English, with a knack for audience engagement
• Experience working with influencers and executing product collaborations
• Skilled in tracking and optimizing content performance

Responsibilities

• Schedule and post content on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit to drive engagement and visibility
• Edit social media graphics using Canva/Adobe (video editing a plus, but not required)
• Develop and implement ideas to increase organic traffic and brand engagement
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster a strong community
• Manage influencer partnerships, coordinating 20-30 product send-outs per month
• Analyze content performance and metrics to optimize strategies
• Work with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the team via Telegram for smooth collaboration
