Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand, ideally in technology, aviation, logistics, or mobility
  • A strong portfolio of owned social media work, demonstrating creativity, editorial polish, and audience growth
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, social analytics tools, and paid media tactics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with a passion for simplifying complex ideas
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Ability to synthesize performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
  • Comfort representing a brand publicly and engaging with communities in real time
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity about future-facing technology, and genuine enthusiasm for Wing’s mission

Responsibilities

  • Lead Wing’s organic social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Manage the content calendar, write and edit engaging posts, and coordinate multimedia assets to tell the Wing story
  • Partner closely with design, video, product, and communications teams to source and develop content that resonates with key audiences—from consumers to partners to policymakers
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content, grow reach, and increase engagement
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep Wing’s social media presence innovative and relevant
  • Monitor conversations and manage community engagement with responsiveness, authenticity, and care
  • Support the development of executive social media profiles and thought leadership campaigns
  • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed to amplify Wing’s message and extend reach
  • Contribute to real-time opportunities, campaigns, and events with rapid response content and coordination
