Join Promethean as their Social Media Manager and develop and execute their social media strategy, aligning it with company-wide strategic initiatives. Manage content creation, campaigns, scheduling, performance analysis, and community engagement across various platforms. You will also manage the social media trade show strategy and collaborate with teams to produce high-quality content. This role requires strong social media management experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in various social media tools. Requirements
- 2-3 years of social media management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, and internet ranking for web content
- Proficient use of multi-social posting programs such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and HubSpot
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and able to multi-task several projects at any one time
- Must have a strong understanding of all digital channels
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to develop, refine, and implement a global organic social media strategy across existing and emerging social media channels in the US and UK
- Work with agency to manage organic social media content for German-language social channels
- Manage logins and activity on Promethean FB, X.com, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts, as well as new and emerging social media channels
- Collaborate with Brand team on the creation, curation, and management of all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms
- Schedule and post content across all social platforms globally where applicable
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Provide reporting and insights to GTM leadership on key trends, variance to targets, etc
- Collaborate with stakeholders in field marketing, sales, and channel marketing to align on messaging and content across social channels
- Head up community management across all channels β engage with followers, redirect to support when necessary, and monitor customer reviews
- Establish a Promethean presence in appropriate digital communities
- Create social media content to be shared with Promethean partners for posting on their social media accounts
- Collaborate with Channel and Partner Marketing teams to optimize this content
- Collaborate with the trade show and events team on content creation, live streaming, and other social activities to optimize and enhance Prometheanβs trade show presence. Travel on occasion
- Build and manage an influencer social media marketing program
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize paid social media program and campaigns
