Join Payability, a dynamic eCommerce funding company, as a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) and play a pivotal role in generating leads and driving sales growth. You will make high-volume outbound calls, conduct prospecting, maintain a robust lead pipeline, and engage with prospects through various channels. Collaborate with the sales team, track sales metrics, stay informed on industry trends, and provide valuable market feedback. This role requires a minimum of one year of outbound sales experience, including making 500+ outbound calls daily, and a proven track record in lead generation and business development. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commission, with an OTE of $110,000.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales or related role
- Experience making 500+ outbound calls per day
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development
- Possess a strong hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on results
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoominfo)
- Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound calling efforts
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers through various sources
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using effective lead generation techniques
- Engage with prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Provide management with feedback on market trends and customer insights
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions as needed
