Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proficient in using, promoting and handling campaigns across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging content
  • Experience with social media analytics and stakeholder reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team for collaboration projects
  • Passion for the entertainment and gambling industry and general understanding of responsible gambling practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms aligning with our overall brand strategy
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling daily content
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Analyse and report to stakeholders on social media metrics
  • Develop strategy that drives engagement and social media following
  • Introduce process and policy around internal teams’ collaboration with our social channels ensuring brand consistency and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated campaigns
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with relevant influencers and brands
  • Be the community manager for all our social media platforms
