Social Media Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Is a plus)
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a consumer goods or e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Passion for jewelry and fashion is a plus. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
• Exceptional English skills - Native or high level of fluency, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Manage Co-Founder Accounts: Create and post content on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Increase engagement and maintain a consistent personal brand tone
• Oversee our Social Media: Develop and execute a strategy to grow brand awareness and sales
• Plan and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Interact with followers and track social media performance
• Work with Influencers: Coordinate partnerships with 3-5 influencers per month
• Manage product gifting and campaign execution
• Track performance and ensure successful collaborations
