Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms and social media accounts
• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
• In-depth understanding of the Singaporean market and consumer behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt to changes in the social media landscape and e-commerce trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Singaporean market
• Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
• Design and create engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and promotional content
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional campaigns
• Localize the marketing materials and tones of language to fit the Singaporean audience
• Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries
• Implement strategies to grow the online community and enhance brand loyalty
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and e-shop activities
• Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements
• Create and manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate necessary functionalities and features to enhance the e-shop's performance

Preferred Qualifications

Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design tools would be a plus
