Social Media Specialist

Summary

Join us as a Social Media Specialist at Zwift in London, UK for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will produce engaging social media content, collaborate with teams, and work with external creators to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a social media role on an in-house marketing or agency environment
• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns from ideation through to execution, demonstrating excellent project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external content creators
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets brand standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our audience
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for content improvement

Responsibilities

• Produce and publish culturally resonant social media content in response to campaign briefs to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content strategies that align with Zwift’s goals
• Manage social media campaigns from ideation through to execution, ensuring all elements are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals
• Work closely with an external network of content creators and influencers to generate a diverse and dynamic content mix for our social media channels
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools to assess content effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Engage with the Zwift community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering meaningful interactions and enhancing brand loyalty
