Join Zuora's dynamic marketing team as a Paid Social Media Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our digital campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing our LinkedIn advertising strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing, paid social media, or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute paid social media campaigns based on strategic direction provided by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with our target audiences
- Conduct iterative A/B testing to continuously refine ad copy and creative, optimizing campaign performance over time
- Conduct daily monitoring of campaign spend and performance, recommending optimizations to copy, creative, audience targeting, and bids to ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights
- Participate in quarterly planning and provide performance forecasts
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing to contribute ideas for optimization
- Manage administrative tasks related to paid media campaigns, including billing, process documentation, and other ad hoc duties as needed
