Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing, paid social media, or a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute paid social media campaigns based on strategic direction provided by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with our target audiences
  • Conduct iterative A/B testing to continuously refine ad copy and creative, optimizing campaign performance over time
  • Conduct daily monitoring of campaign spend and performance, recommending optimizations to copy, creative, audience targeting, and bids to ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights
  • Participate in quarterly planning and provide performance forecasts
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing to contribute ideas for optimization
  • Manage administrative tasks related to paid media campaigns, including billing, process documentation, and other ad hoc duties as needed
