Join Boldin as a Social Media & Video Specialist and drive our content strategy across social platforms and YouTube. This hybrid role combines social media management, content creation, and video production to engage our audience with high-quality, informative, and visually compelling content. We are seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record of growing brands through social media and video content, who is knowledgeable in personal finance and self-improvement. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- A passion for and deep knowledge of personal finance and self-improvement
- 2-5 years of experience managing social media and video content for a brand, startup, or agency
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Experience creating educational, explainer, or storytelling-driven content (finance industry a plus)
- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement strategies
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating visually appealing content
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a keen sense of brand tone
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools
- Ability to analyze metrics and trends to inform content decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Boldinβs brand and marketing goals
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube
- Optimize posting schedules based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and engagement
- Write captivating captions, headlines, and call-to-actions tailored to each platform
- Monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and industry conversations to build a loyal community
- Proactively respond to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining Boldinβs brand voice
- Ideate, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube and social media, including tutorials, explainers, interviews, and thought leadership content
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling video scripts and direct talent for impactful video delivery
- Design eyecatching thumbnails, animations, and motion graphics to enhance video engagement
- Manage color correction, audio balancing, and other postproduction enhancements to maintain a polished final product
- Implement YouTube SEO best practices, including keywordrich titles, descriptions, and tags
- Research and apply trending topics, formats, and styles in the finance and fintech space
- Analyze video performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Track and report on key social media and video performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, conversions, video watch time, retention rates, etc.)
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, YouTube Studio, etc.) to measure success and optimize strategy
- Conduct A/B testing on content types, posting times, and ad creatives to refine engagement strategies
- Stay updated on emerging social media and video trends to recommend new opportunities for growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, personal finance, or financial services
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills
- Experience with YouTube analytics and A/B testing strategies
- CFP license or deep experience in personal finance or life coaching is a plus
